A local consulting firm had a 5 year old phone system needing an upgrade. They have two site locations.
Our Solution:
The firm now has a fully automated phone system with all-inclusive support and service from ABM. Their new on premise VoIP PBX system manages their call flows and allows them to receive more calls at one time with the help of an auto attendant. The PBX system routes calls, records and has other advanced call conference features.
Their system now includes:

10 line keys, 16 SIP accounts, 27 memory keys
5 x Cordless Hansets and 1 base
Easy to use 2.4 inch vivid colour screens
Touch Sensitive HD IP Conference Phone
Built in Wifi, bluetooth and call recording
