  • Provide one monthly invoice for all devices – this will often include an agreed output volume.

Blank Page Removal
When there are blank pages in a scanned document, this function skips the blank pages and prints or scans only pages that are not blank.

Custom Setting Buttons
Once you register frequently used settings as favourite, you can call up the settings easily. Assigning quickset functions on the LCD screen allows you to speed up operations.

Encrypted Password protected PDFs
Scan documents to a PDF file and securely send by password protecting the PDF. ABM have installed this function at Medical Centres who have now discontinued their fax service. This allows them to send these documents securely via email.

Easy Lock
Restrict colour copying only to those who really need it.
