Phone Installation Case Study:

A local Dental Practice has gone from an old one-line only phone paying for multiple services to now an on-premise multiple line VoIP PBX system.

ABM was able to reduce the practices costs for their phone and internet charges whilst providing them new phones and an on premise VoIP PBX system with an unlimited calling plan and 100/40 internet.

Our Solution:

The practice now has a fully automated phone system with all-inclusive support and service from ABM. Their new on premise VoIP PBX system manages their call flows and allows them to receive more calls at one time with the help of an auto attendant. The PBX system routes calls, records and has other advanced call conference features.

For the roaming staff in the practice, we have provided a cordless Dect phone that delivers noise free conversations and a battery life of up to 35 hours talking time.

Reception received a desk phone with a 3.7 inch large black and white screen. This offers superb audio quality and a wireless head set with easy on-ear control. It also has interruption free microphones, and comfortable wearing ergonomics.

The dental practice is now on an unlimited calling plan with included local, national, mobile lines and included 13/1800 numbers. They have a new modem with 100/40 internet plan.
