If you are not under a service agreement or your machine is not under warranty please note there will be a charge of $154.00 inc GST for the first 30 minutes then at $154 inc GST per hour or part thereof.
What is a service agreement on a print device for?
A service agreement covers all service calls, spare parts, consumables, firmware upgrades, labour etc.
The cost of a service agreement is determined on replaceable parts and consumables at nominated yields from the manufacturer.
The cost of parts and consumables are divided out into a cost per page, effectively a service agreement works out to be the cheapest way of maintaining a photocopier on the basis if any further service calls are required over and above the standard nominated call they are still covered in the service agreement.
Is the issue covered under warranty?
We are a privately owned and operated business and an authorised Kyocera dealer – we sell, support and service all Kyocera devices.
When servicing Kyocera devices for warranty please note Kyocera will only cover warranty work deemed to be as a result of manufacturer defects in material and workmanship.
